These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and z555. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the z555 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms set out on this page. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between z555 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the z555 website located at z555.bio and all associated services, products, and features available through that domain.
By creating an account on z555, accessing any game or betting market, making a deposit, claiming a promotional bonus, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the z555 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and z555. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or communication, these Terms shall take precedence.
z555 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, z555 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to and use of the z555 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. z555 operates an absolute minimum age policy of 18 years. No exceptions are made under any circumstances.
- You must be acting as a private individual in a personal capacity. Use of z555 on behalf of a third party, business entity, or any form of legal organisation is not permitted.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of z555 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of z555, nor an immediate family member of any such person, for the purposes of placing real-money wagers.
- You must not have previously had an account closed or suspended by z555 for breach of these Terms, fraud, or any other violation.
- You must be registering and playing of your own free will, using your own funds, and not acting on behalf of any other person.
z555 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during a player's use of the Platform. Such documentation may include a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or other government-issued identification document. Where a player cannot provide satisfactory proof of age, z555 may suspend the account pending verification, or permanently close the account and return any unplayed deposited funds (but not any winnings generated prior to verification).
z555 actively supports responsible gaming initiatives in Bangladesh and participates in age-verification programs. Players are encouraged to use the self-exclusion and deposit limit tools available within their account settings if they have concerns about their own gambling behaviour or that of a family member.
3. Account Registration and Verification
To use the real-money services at z555, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at the point of registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without notice.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account at z555. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. Where z555 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be closed, all bonuses forfeited, and any funds that cannot be verified as deposited funds may be confiscated.
As part of the z555 account verification process ("Know Your Customer" or KYC), you may be required to submit one or more of the following:
- A clear photograph or scanned copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (national identity card, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of address dated within the last three months (a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence from a recognised institution).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).
- A selfie photograph holding your identification document, if requested by the z555 compliance team.
Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. z555 will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate with you via the email address registered to your account if additional documentation is needed. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. z555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your username, password, or any one-time password (OTP) secure. You must notify z555 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
z555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods that are designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. All transactions on z555 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking), Upay.
- Bank Transfers: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank.
- International Cards: Visa and Mastercard (where available for your account tier).
The minimum deposit at z555 is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit stated by z555 by default, but individual payment providers (such as bKash and Nagad) may impose their own transaction limits per day or per transaction. It is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with the limits set by your chosen payment provider.
Deposits are credited to your z555 account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In the case of mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), this typically occurs within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on interbank clearing times. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within two hours, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are processed by z555 in the order they are received. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
- Your account must have completed KYC verification before a withdrawal can be approved.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on the same account, unless expressly approved otherwise by the z555 compliance team.
- Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the underlying deposit or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
- z555 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request that is materially larger than the player's usual activity pattern.
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
z555 does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. z555 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
5. Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements
z555 offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, BPL season cricket promotions, and seasonal campaign rewards tied to events such as Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and Independence Day (March 26). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated at the point of the promotional offer.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded at z555 are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotional offer. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement at z555 is 30x the bonus amount.
- Eligible Games: Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement. Live casino table games, cricket betting, and other sports markets may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rate for each category will be stated in the individual bonus terms.
- Expiry: Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement within the validity period stated in the promotional offer will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
- One Active Bonus at a Time: z555 does not permit the simultaneous stacking of multiple bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms. Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time.
- Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless specified otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated via a bonus is capped at 10x the original bonus value.
- Abuse and Fraud: Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, using a bonus to arbitrage against the platform, or systematically exploiting low-risk markets to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent — may have their bonus forfeited, their winnings confiscated, and their account permanently closed.
z555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. The existence of a bonus offer on any particular day does not create an obligation for z555 to continue offering that bonus on any subsequent day. Players who have already opted into a bonus at the time of its modification will be bound by the terms applicable at the point of opt-in.
6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the z555 platform, you agree to conduct yourself lawfully, honestly, and in a manner consistent with the spirit of fair play. The following conduct is explicitly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
- Attempting to access z555 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or access game outcomes.
- Exploiting any software bug, glitch, error, or vulnerability in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided and the account may be closed.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing information in live casino games, coordinating betting patterns in crash games, or any other arrangement that distorts fair outcomes.
- Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. z555 is required by its obligations to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
- Attempting to reverse transactions through your payment provider (chargebacks) while retaining the benefit of any winnings or bonuses funded by the disputed transaction. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing z555 customer support staff or other players in any communication channel.
- Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to use your account. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
z555 uses fraud detection and risk management systems to monitor account activity for patterns that suggest prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, z555 may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or close the account; withhold or confiscate funds in the account; cancel pending withdrawals; and report the matter to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh.
z555 is committed to fair play and maintains the right to void any bet or series of bets that were placed in circumstances suggesting exploitation, system error, or odds pricing errors. In such cases, the relevant stake amount will be returned to the player's account balance, but no winnings will be paid.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
z555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
- Underage gambling or failure to pass age verification.
- Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months (dormant account policy).
- A self-exclusion request made by the account holder through the Responsible Gaming tools.
- A third-party exclusion request submitted by a responsible gaming organisation or court order.
Where an account is closed by z555 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated wagering progress will be forfeited. Verified deposited funds that cannot be shown to be derived from fraudulent activity will typically be returned to the originating payment method, after deducting any outstanding obligations. Where an account is closed by z555 for reasons unrelated to player fault (for example, a commercial decision to exit a particular market), all verified balances will be returned in full.
Players may close their own z555 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. A request to close an account for responsible gaming reasons will be treated as a self-exclusion request and processed with the highest priority. Requests made for non-responsible-gaming reasons will be processed within five business days. Once an account closure is processed, it cannot be reversed except in limited circumstances at z555's discretion.
In the case of dormant accounts (no login activity for twelve or more consecutive months), z555 may charge an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month after notifying the player at the registered email address. This fee will be deducted from any remaining balance. Where the balance is insufficient to cover the inactivity fee, the balance will simply be reduced to zero and the account closed. z555 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying any inactivity fee.
8. Responsible Gaming Commitments
z555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its player base in Bangladesh. Gambling should be an enjoyable recreational activity. z555 provides the following tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gambling behaviour:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. These limits take effect immediately when reduced and may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them of the duration of their active gaming session, helping to prevent unintended extended play.
- Cool-Off Periods: A temporary break from gambling of between 24 hours and 30 days can be activated at any time from the responsible gaming section of account settings. During a cool-off period, the player cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion of between six months and five years, or a permanent self-exclusion. - Reality Checks: z555 may display on-screen reality check prompts that remind players of their session duration and net win/loss position during extended play sessions.
